The GSI shearing machine comes standard with a dedicated CNC system, offering high precision and easy operation. The back gauge is driven by a servo motor with ball screw and linear guide structure, ensuring accurate and reliable positioning. The frame features an integral welded construction with high rigidity, and is machined as a whole on large CNC boring and milling machines to guarantee shearing accuracy and quality. Equipped with four‑edge blades, the machine greatly extends blade service life. Blade gap adjustment is quick and convenient, with a scale display for accurate reading. The cutting stroke is steplessly adjustable to improve shearing efficiency. A tandem cylinder synchronization system with accumulator return ensures smooth and reliable operation, and a pneumatic rear material support is available as an optional accessory.
