Grooving Machine

The machine frame is constructed with full steel welding, stress-relieved by annealing heat treatment, and integrally machined on large CNC boring and milling machines, ensuring high stability and strength. The drive system uses high-strength alloy steel rack and pinion transmission for easy maintenance, low failure rate, and fast, stable operation. Precision ball screws and linear guideways from internationally renowned brands ensure accurate and reliable positioning. An automatic air-mist cooling system cools the tool during machining, extending tool life while keeping the workpiece completely contamination-free. The machine adopts the Taiwan Yitu CNC system dedicated to grooving machines, featuring mature technology and reliable performance; servo motors control feeding and tool feed with accuracy up to 0.01 mm. A 15-inch TFT color touchscreen provides quick and clear command input. The hydraulic control system from Taiwan Weisen enables fully automatic clamping and unclamping of the hold-down plate and vise, with reliable pressure stability. Both high-speed steel and carbide tools are interchangeable. The machine comes standard with a single tool head, with a dual tool head available as an option.
